HOW IT WORKS

• Review my Terms of Service & Conditions prior to reaching out.

• Fill out this form or contact me via brittanyborgese@gmail.com if you’re interested in my services. By just reaching out, you will not be required to commission me either at that time or at all. Describe what you would like in as much detail as possible and provide at least two full-color images (photos and/or drawings) of each character/subject. Text descriptions can supplement the pictures, and actually help me draw each character better by providing me with information outside of the images.

• If I accept your commission, I will let you know and confirm the price with you. Only when you agree will I send you an invoice via PayPal (unless you prefer to send cash/check.)

• Once I receive your payment in full, I will start working on your commission. It takes an estimated 1-2 weeks for to send you the initial sketch and 2-4 weeks for the final piece. If you want your commission to have priority or need to set a deadline, you may do so at an additional charge.

• Once your commission is completed, I will send you the file via email and, with permission, post it online. All commissions are digital files; No physical copies will be provided.

• Describe what you want in as much detail as possible

• If a slot is currently available, I will reach out to you via the email you provide. You’ll pay through Paypal upfront (I’ll send you an invoice after we finalize what you want/how much that would be.)

• Once your commission is completed, I’ll send it to you via email and, with permission, post it on my social media account(s)

GUIDELINES

• Payment must be provided in full prior to me working on your commission. I will not start a project until I have received the full charge. Please do not send me payment until I have agreed to take on your commission.

• The estimated time for me to complete your commission is 1-2 weeks for the initial sketch and 2-4 weeks for the final piece. Any delays will be communicated with you as soon as possible. If you want your commission to have priority or need to set a deadline, you may do so at an additional charge.

• Refunds only available if I have not started your commission. A refund of 50% is available if I have only gotten to the sketching stage. No refunds available from once I have started line-work to after your commission is completed. If you cancel an order, you will still receive the partially completed commission unless you request otherwise.
